More Important

Everyone has their own perspectives for every situation in life. For instance, many would believe that friendship is more important than personal success. I, however, disagree with that matter. Yes, having a good friendship in life is important, but that will not help you success to your max in life.

If you put aside your personal success, then what are you going to have left if one friend turns their back on you? Truth is you can not depend on people. Everyone in life is only worried about themselves; therefor, if you focus more on other people and putting them before you, you will be left empty.

Having good friends that will want the best for you but will not stop you from your dreams is what a true and healthy friendship is. People grow and change everyday, your personal success is something you need to do for you. One day you will create a family of your own and you will need to have something to give to them. If you spend all your life trying to please friends, you forget about what it is really important.

Success is important because it determines how you will live and emotional stage at times. Friendship also determines emotional stage, but it does not determine how you will live the rest of your life. There is times where having success but no friendship happens, but friendship is something you build and can happen at any time. Success, on the other hand, does not happen from one day to another.

Slackers: The Real Definition

The dictionary states that "a slacker is a person who avoids work or effort," but what is the actual meaning of this? A slacker who avoids certain task has a reason behind it. Some do it because their work is no longer being recognized. They put off their work to the side in hopes that the next person will finish it. Many just go through life seeing what they can get away with.
When assigned a certain task, they do as little as they can without any motivation. A slacker doesn't have many motives in life, therefor take every responsibility carelessly .

People Join Cults Because...

When you think of someone that joins a cult, you automatically ask yourself why someone would do such a thing. In reality, one of the main reasons people join cults is because they feel accepted into a "family". Many individuals do not have that fairy tale loving family so they go out looking for something that comes close to it. In cults, people share the same believes which gives them acceptance they are looking for. This is the same reason why people join gangs. They all fall into the same category. Individuals are mainly looking for acceptance that they probably did not get at home.
